ProSentry is expanding, and we're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team under the guidance of our Sales Director. If you're eager to grow your career with an early-stage technology company, read on. This hybrid sales position offers flexibility to work both remotely and in our New York City office. Occasional travel, including upcoming trips to South Florida, will be required. As we expand into new markets, opportunities for advancement may arise. ProSentry specializes in providing innovative solutions for residential multi-tenant and commercial real estate Owners and Property Managers. Our platform offers seamless, round-the-clock detection for critical building issues such as water and gas leaks, mechanical failures, and more, delivering real-time insights through an integrated monitoring platform developed by industry experts who understand the sector's challenges.
· Have experience in lead generation and meeting sales targets. Experience within residential and commercial real estate sectors a plus.
· Be self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
· Identify potential customers for ProSentry through effective prospecting.
· Attend industry networking events and trade shows to build relationships.
· Execute automated outreach email campaigns to generate interest.
· Collaborate with our leadership team to develop outreach messaging and content.
· Follow up with prospects showing interest in learning about our solutions.
· Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients.
· Conduct research on prospective clients and share key insights with leadership prior to meetings.
· Provide regular sales performance reports to the Sales Director.
· Maintain consistent activity levels to achieve sales goals.
· Keep an accurate, documented pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
· Conduct strategic research on competitors within our industry.
· Gather feedback from prospects post-meetings when appropriate.
· Contribute to the development of our sales playbook for team expansion.
· Assist in identifying key qualifications for future team members as we grow.
· Utilize current network for lead generation.
· Identify customer needs for future product roadmap.
· Present, pitch, and build rapport with potential & current clients.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and team members to refine sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to ProSentry's growth.
· Training and Development: Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities provided to enhance sales skills and career growth.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, supported by the company to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and provide valuable insights to enhance ProSentry's sales approach and offerings.
· Innovation and Feedback: Bring innovative ideas and provide feedback based on customer interactions and market trends to continuously improve ProSentry's solutions.
· Community and Industry Engagement: Participate in industry associations, community initiatives, and professional development events to expand network and industry knowledge.
· Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive, Sales Development Manager, or similar role.
· Industry experience related to property management, alarm systems, property technology, or similar fields is required.
· Proficiency in various sales techniques including outbound email, lead qualification, LinkedIn outreach, cold-calling, and in-person meetings.
· Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
· Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to interpret data effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong strategic thinking abilities.
· Capability to create compelling and engaging presentations, in collaboration with our design team.
